We’ve teamed up with renowned Persian and Middle Eastern chef Sabrina Ghayour to create an exclusive burger for the Evening Standard London Food Month.
The ’Merguez Mama’ sees our classic 6oz prime hachéd steak burger topped with Merguez sausage, harissa ketchup, dill mayonnaise and crumbled feta, served in our signature brioche bun.
Sabrina combines a creative use of ingredients with passion and flair to produce the kind of food that is not only vibrant and visual but nourishes the body and mind and always leaves you wanting more.
The ‘Merguez Mama’ will be available across all our newly-refurbished locations throughout June.
£1 from each sale of the specially created burger will be donated to Action Against Hunger.
Ahead of the official launch on Thursday 1st of June we are offering 20 lucky customers the chance to try it for only £1 at our Holborn restaurant, it is a first come first serve so make sure to be there as soon as we open at noon on Wednesday May 31st.
